36 dishes for a light and easy way to cook

Hello boys and girls! Having a very interesting experience with american students on “mediterranean cuisine” unfortunately interrupted due to covid, i decided to publish on my website the recipes regarding the main foods of the mediterran diet that they have proved to be invaluable in promoting our physical and cosequently also psychic and relational well-being without giving up the pleasure of eating!

On the basis of these principles i have identified a number of recipes, three for each topic, which reflect the concepts outlined above.

I have listed the basic foods of the mediterranean diet, taking into account their importance in the preparation of the dishes.

I wiil start with extra virgin olive oil: cornerstone of the mediterranean cuisine.
