2 heads of radicchio
1 head of “romana” lettuce
100 g of spinach, lettuce, watercress, in equal parts
10 -12 cherry tomatoes
20 g of pine nuts
How to Prepare
Clean, wash and dry all the vegetables thoroughly.

1 teaspoon acacia honey

4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
