4-5 ripe tomatoes, 400 g bualo mozzarella, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper
The Caprese salad is a recipe typical of the Campania region.
Wash the tomatoes, cut into 1 cm thick slices.
Slice the mozzarella into 1°cm thick slices. Put the two ingredients in the dish, garnish with the chopped basil and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mozzarella should be served at room temperature
